Taxes: 10% VAT, 5% service charge.

• Daytime use of the pool, tennis court, soccer field, Ping-Pong table; Daytime and evening entertainment, sports group courses, Mini Club for ages 4 and up, Junior Club up to 18 years; Cabaret, Shows, Theme and Dancing Evenings.
• Distance from the sea : 150 meters walkable with crossing the municipal road.
• Beach service: AT THE LIDO AGREEMENT - OPTIONAL TO PAYMENT, UP TO FINISHING, including 1 beach umbrella and two sun loungers per housing unit.
• Umbrellas available from 5.00 pm on the day of arrival until 12.00 am on the day of departure.
• Possibility of booking in other bathing establishments in the area.
• Check - In Check - Out: Rooms delivery h 17.00 - Start stay with dinner - end of stay with lunch freeing the room by 10 am. It is possible to continue to access the restaurant and other resort services until 2 pm.
• Methods of payment: 30% deposit at time of booking by bank transfer with release of a receipt (if you want an invoice, make an explicit request when confirming the booking).
• The units are divided into 4 rows and are located on the ground floor and on the 1st floor:
  The Comfort Rooms are all located on the ground floor,
  The Family Suites are located both on the ground floor and on the 1st floor
• Only in Family Suites is it possible to have use of the kitchenette with a supplement of € 50 per week.
• Ground floor available on request with a supplement of € 70 per week.
• Restaurant : breakfast, lunch and dinner with Buffet service (from 16/06 to 15/09) with water and wine from the Dispenser
• Buffet Feeding Service - at the restaurant from 12.30 to 13.00 and from 19.30 to 20.00
• Cot and high chairs: FREE, available upon request.
• Parking: Reserved not guarded
• Balance of stay upon arrival. The renunciation of meals does not give the right to any refund.
• Booking cancellation by the customer: the deposit paid will be retained (pursuant to art. 1385 cc)
• Once the stay has begun, the village will treat 100%.
• In case of sudden departure of the customer the amount of the club card will not be refunded.
